About NaptimePT

NaptimePT LLC was born in 2020 during what the name describes: Kiri's first child's daily nap time.

A mid-day job and a late-night passion project (as she writes this well after bedtime), NaptimePT was created out of desperation to change the way women are cared for in peripartum; to change the mindset of prenatal strength and conditioning, and to allow a knowledgeable ease into postpartum.
