Kiri Krishingner PT, DPT, PPCES
Kiri completed her doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2018 at Loma Linda University in Southern California. After graduation, she worked towards completing her Mat Pilates Instructor certification & translated those skills into her physical therapy practice.

After all three of her pregnancies, Kiri recognized first-hand the need for pelvic floor physical therapy in the prenatal and postpartum process. Now, Kiri combines her doctorate, skills in Pilates, and her specialization in Prenatal and Postpartum Corrective Exercise to facilitate healing for women in their journey through motherhood.

Living with her husband and three young boys in Gainesville, Florida, Kiri balances part-time work with full-time motherhood. She finds joy in her boys, singing, church community and classes through the peloton app. #pelotonmoms for life.

Know that helping you find strength on your prenatal to postpartum journey is one of my greatest passions, and I am so glad that you are here. Welcome to NaptimePT.
