60 Min Evaluations

Evaluations include orthopedic assessment of walking/running gait, functional muscle strength, range of motion, and specific painful activities.

Pelvic Floor muscle and function assessment will be performed through subjective examination and skillful cuing during movement assessmnet. Believe it or not, this really does work virtually!

Virtual Treatment

This service is for women residing in the state of Florida.

 

 Patients will be provided with skillful therapy utilizing their own home environment for the session. Patients will be asked to set up their video device in various locations to get appropriate visual angles for optimization of care.

​

If experiencing sport specific complaints, video of aggravating activity at 2 angles (one from the side and one from the front) is very helpful to submit prior to initial appointment.

  • Pelvic floor rehabilitation for pain with intercourse

  • Pilates informed exercise for back pain

  • Body mechanics for lifting a new baby

  • Rib mobilization techniques

  • Posture strengthening/ cueing
